Terms of service

Clear terms for using IntervueZ as a hiring workspace.

These terms explain account responsibilities, subscription rules, payment handling, AI-output limits, cancellation, and acceptable use.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the activity in your workspace, and keeping login access secure. Organization admins should only invite team members who are authorized to view candidate and hiring information.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use IntervueZ for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful hiring activity.
  • Do not upload malware, abusive content, or data you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass limits, payment checks, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Do not use candidate data outside the permissions and obligations of your hiring process.

Subscriptions and manual renewal

Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans provide the usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are renewed manually through IntervueZ. Yearly plans are prepaid annually, while included interview and CV usage windows reset monthly.

EPS payments

Paid self-serve plans are processed through a secure EPS payment flow. Access changes only after payment confirmation is received and verified by IntervueZ. If money is deducted but the plan is not updated, contact support with your payment reference.

AI output limitations

AI-generated questions, transcripts, summaries, scores, and reports are decision-support tools. They may contain errors or miss context. Hiring teams remain responsible for reviewing evidence, applying fair hiring practices, and making final decisions.

Cancellation and changes

Because IntervueZ uses manual renewal for paid plans, customers can stop renewing at the end of the paid period. Downgrades may be scheduled for the current paid period end. No prorated refunds or partial credits are provided unless IntervueZ agrees otherwise in writing.

Liability

IntervueZ aims to provide a reliable hiring platform, but service availability, AI output, integrations, and third-party payment systems may occasionally fail or produce unexpected results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period.
