Information we collect
- Recruiter and organization account details such as name, email, role, company name, and workspace settings.
- Candidate details such as name, email, resume, application information, interview responses, and interview status.
- Job and question data created or approved by hiring teams.
- Payment and billing references needed to confirm EPS payments and provide receipts.
- Technical information such as device, browser, logs, timestamps, and security events.
Interview recordings and AI processing
If a hiring team uses recording or AI report features, IntervueZ may process interview audio, video, transcript, answer content, scoring signals, and generated summaries. These outputs are designed to support recruiter review, not to be the only basis for a hiring decision.
How we use data
- To provide accounts, jobs, candidate invitations, interviews, reports, and billing.
- To protect the platform from misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and payment disputes.
- To improve product reliability, support, and user experience.
- To communicate important account, billing, security, and service updates.
Retention and deletion
Customers may request deletion or correction of organization and candidate data by contacting support. Some billing, security, and audit records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or reconciliation reasons.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider-side security controls, and operational logging to protect data. No internet service can be guaranteed risk-free, so we also encourage customers to use strong passwords and limit workspace access to trusted team members.
